Initial Consultation

I offer a free consultation to discuss your project and provide informal advice
either via phone or email, however if we’re to meet face to face, then I do
charge a large cup of tea…. White, no sugar please. 

Measured Survey

Following appointment, I’ll arrange with you a convenient time to come and measure up. I’ll be taking the critical dimensions using a laser disto and turning them into 2D CAD drawings.

Feasibility / Concept Design

I’ll provide you with a concept design following your brief and provide options and suggestions to create a final concept to your liking. 

Planning Application

I’ll take the concept drawings and turn them into a full set of planning application drawings, completing all necessary forms / documents and act as the agent throughout the planning process.

Building Regulations

I’ll take the planning approved drawings and turn these into a set of building
regulation drawings including specification to satisfy building control. I’ll
submit to building control on your behalf and issue you with the full plans
certificate upon approval.

3D Visualisations / CGIs

I can provide 3D visualisations to help you visualise the end result before
construction begins to make sure you’re happy with the designs.
